How to make the Easiest Bacon and Egg Pie

This is a beaut of a recipe. I cannot stress how easy it is to make with minimal ingredients too! So give this pie a shot, i can guarantee if you appreciate simple flavours and simple cooking your going to love this!


450g bacon (or more)
1 large onion
1 tsp mixed herbs
8-9 large eggs
Puff pastry
2 large handfuls of fresh/frozen peas
Milk for glazing

Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
