There’s no coffee lover who can do without a cup of their favorite drink — even on the hottest summer days. But you don’t have to make your usual coffee; you can make a cold coffee drink instead! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a mixer or shaker because a common fork will perfectly accomplish this task. Professionals recommend to put at least one third of a cup of ice in your drink.
1. Classic Iced Frappe
INGREDIENTS double espresso 1/3 cup of ice 100 ml (3.3 fl.oz.) of milk sugar or chocolate syrup chocolate sprinkles, coffee beans
PREPARATION 1. Crush the ice cubes using a blender, or you can wrap the ice in a towel and use a rolling pin to crush it.
2. Pour the crushed ice in a glass.

INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons of flour 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 3 tablespoons of milk 1 tablespoon of butter A drop of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of milk chocolate
PREPARATION 1. Grab a ceramic mug (about 250 ml).
2. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, butter, and vanilla extract in the mug and mix thoroughly.
3. Grate the chocolate with a large hole grater and sprinkle it over the batter.
4. Microwave for about 45 seconds (until it’s done).
