Spicy chicken pasta


INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
1/2 pack of fettuccine
2 bell peppers
1/2 medium-sized red onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 small tomatoes
1 glass of milk
Olive oil for frying
Black pepper according to taste
Red pepper according to taste
Teriyaki sauce
Fresh greens for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken meat into cubes and sprinkle it with red pepper. Heat up the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken. Put the meat in a bowl.

2. Chop the vegetables and fry them with the same oil for 30 to 40 seconds.

3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain the water, but retain 1 glass of it.

4. Combine the water with the pasta, milk, Teriyaki and black pepper in a pan. Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring. Add the vegetables and mix everything well.

5. Place the pasta in the pan, mix everything and stew for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve the dish garnished with the greens.

PREPARATION
1. Peel all the vegetables and cut them into thin strips. Cut the chicken into strips too.

2. Boil the rice noodles.

3. Stir-fry the chicken over a high heat for three or four minutes. Then add the onion and fry for two to three minutes more. Add the vegetables and cook them, stirring, until they get tender.

4. Add the sauces, and mix everything thoroughly.

5. Mix the noodles together with the chicken and vegetables.

6. Serve hot with chopped spring onion.

INGREDIENTS
150g of napa cabbage
60g of chicken fillet
60g of carrots
3 sprigs of spring onion
A small piece of ginger root (about 2cm)
4 small chili peppers
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar

PREPARATION
1. Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix everything well.

2. Slice the napa cabbage and carrot into thin strips. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Chop the chili peppers with the seeds. Cut the spring onion into 3cm strips.

3. Grate the ginger with a large-hole grater. Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad.

Mustard chicken legs with potato and pumpkin


INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
150g of pumpkin flesh
600g of chicken legs
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of mustard seeds (if desired)
1 onion

PREPARATION
1. Finely chop the onion. Then add the mustard, mustard seeds, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put the chicken into the marinade, and let it soak it up for 20 to 30 minutes.

2. Cut the potatoes into circles and the pumpkin into cubes. Place them at the bottom of a baking mold. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3. Lay the chicken legs over the vegetables and pour on the marinade. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 190°С.

Chicken saltimbocca


INGREDIENTS
500g of chicken fillets
Salt
Ground black pepper
6 slices of prosciutto (you can use any salted ham or bacon)
250g of chopped spinach
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
400g of chicken stock
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

PREPARATION
1. Pound the chicken with a mallet. Cut it into 6 pieces. Add salt and pepper and place a slice of prosciutto on each piece of chicken.

2. Combine the chopped spinach with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the spinach over the chicken pieces, and sprinkle them with the Parmesan. Roll up the chicken, and fix the edges with toothpicks.

4. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil at a high temperature. Fry each side of the chicken for 2 minutes. They should turn a golden color.

5. Add the chicken stock and lemon juice and bring the dish to a boil. Adjust the temperature to a medium setting and cook the chicken for 10 minutes until it’s done.

6. Place the chicken on a plate. Simmer the sauce for 5 more minutes — there will be about 2/3 cup of sauce left. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

7. Take the toothpicks out of the chicken. Add the sauce and serve the dish.

Combine the chicken with finely chopped vegetables: a tuft of spring onion and parsley, two tomatoes, a cucumber, and two cloves of garlic. Sprinkle the filling with potato chips, then add four or five tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper according to taste (it should be spicy), seed oil, or sour cream.

5. Ham and cheese wrap
Cut 100g of ham. Grate or slice 100g of cheese. Lay the ham, cheese, chopped garlic and natural yogurt on a tortilla and wrap it. Done!

6. Mexican burrito
You will need 500g of stewed beef, two onions, 1/2 can of corn, one bell pepper, and two or three tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper, chili pepper, chopped greens, and grated cheddar cheese (about 200g) and mix everything. Wrap the filling in tortillas and enjoy this spicy dish!

7. Mushroom wrap
Fry 200g of mushrooms with oil. Hard boil three eggs and chop them. Combine the mushrooms with a finely chopped onion, eggs and 50g of cheese. Add 100ml of sour cream or cream cheese, and salt according to taste.

8. Meat mince wrap
Roast 300g of any meat mince together with a grated carrot, sliced onion and boiled broccoli. Add 50g of grated cheese, lettuce and two sliced tomatoes. Then press one or two cloves of garlic and mix in chopped greens and sour cream. Season the filling with salt and pepper.

9. Spicy chicken and vegetable filling
You will need two chicken fillets (boiled, roasted or fried), two tomatoes, one bell pepper, one onion, one red onion and 125g of grated mozzarella. Cut everything into small pieces and mix together. According to your taste, you can also add 50g of lettuce or salad greens, five tablespoons of olive oil, some fresh ground black pepper, ten stoneless olives and salt.

10. Salmon and cucumber wrap
Combine 180g of sliced salmon, 200g of cream cheese, one chopped cucumber and greens. Done!

11. Avocado and vegetable wrap
Cut 100g of avocado, tomatoes and bell peppers into large pieces. Add chopped greens and feta cheese.

12. Olive wrap
You will need 80g of stoneless olives, 100g of grated hard cheese, 1/2 tuft of parsley, a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice, 50g of any nuts and 100g of fried chicken slices. Mix everything and fill your tortillas with the filling.

13. Crab meat wrap
Finely chop 400g of crab meat. Add 150g of grated cheese, three hard-boiled eggs, 300g of sour cream or cream cheese, three cloves of garlic and chopped greens according to taste.

14. Korean-style carrot wrap
Mix together 200g of Korean-style spicy carrot and 100g of cream cheese.

15. Ricotta and honey wrap
