INGREDIENTS 230g of Mozzarella 1/2 cup of flour 1 egg 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs Seed oil for frying Marinara sauce PREPARATION 1. Cut the cheese into 8 strips. 2. Coat them in the flour, then shake off the extra flour. 3. Drop each piece in a bowl of whisked egg, and coat them in the breadcrumbs. 4.
