PIZZA CRACKERS

Pizza Crackers are a kid friendly snack that you can make in under 10 minutes.  The kids and adults go crazy for these!

I would like to say these are only for the kids, but lets be honest, the adults can eat these too {and will happily do so}. I love getting the kids involved when making these because they are so easy to do and the kids can help by putting ingredients on each cracker. I am a crispy crust pizza lover, so the fact that these little pizzas are made on crispy crackers makes me one happy girl. The best part of these Pizza Crackers is you can make them in under 10 minutes.

That means your kids can run into the house, get their backpacks put away, grab a glass of milk and sit down to a quick, delicious snack.  These Pizza Crackers are made using All Free for All Kitchen Crackers , the Olive Oil & Sea Salt to be exact, but these would also be great on their Roasted Garlic & Rosemary and the Olive Oil & Herb.

Do you want a glimpse into the simplicity? 

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grab a handful of 12 crackers, the pizza sauce, cheese and toppings {I used turkey pepperoni, but you could do veggies, sausage, or just plain cheese}.
Spread the pizza sauce on the crackers, top with the shredded cheese and whatever other toppings you want.
Put those beauties in the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt. Wallah! So easy and the kids go crazy for them.
Back to those Free for All Kitchen Crackers.  These crackers taste great and are an especially good choice if you, your children or their friends are gluten free.  When making these Pizza Crackers just make sure all of the ingredients you purchase are gluten free and you have a snack that everyone can eat!

INGREDIENTS
12 Free for All Kitchen Olive Oil & Sea Salt Crackers
5 Tablespoons pizza sauce
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 turkey pepperoni slices, sliced into small pieces

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Place the crackers on a cookie sheet. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the crackers then top with the shredded cheese and the turkey pepperoni {or toppings of you choice}.

3. Bake the pizza crackers for 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt and bubble.

3.Serve warm and enjoy!

Tip
Other topping ideas include sausage, broccoli, fresh tomatoes and zucchini.
