A quick-and-easy recipe for trout in a cream sauce

When you crave something delicious but have no time to cook, try making this delicate and flavorful dish. Trout takes no more than 30 minutes to cook, and it’s such an easy dish that even a beginner can master it.

INGREDIENTS
per 1 serving:
200 g of trout fillets
100 ml of half cream
50 g of medium-hard cheese
A pinch of spices
Salt, according to taste

PREPARATION
1. Peel the skin off the trout. Cut the fillets into small cubes. Sprinkle them with the spices and salt.

2. Grate the cheese and combine it with the cream.

3. Lay the pieces of the trout on a baking tray and pour on the sauce.

4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200-220° C.

For years consumers have struggled to fit the large round fruit in their refrigerators. And then there was the problem of trying to cut the fruit when it kept rolling around.
