INGREDIENTS
2 cups of broccoli florets
2 cups of chopped ham or bacon
1 cup of grated hard cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tufts of spring onion
800g of puff pastry dough
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Shred the broccoli in a blender. Add the chopped onion, cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
3. Spread the filling over the sheet of dough and make a braid as shown in the picture.
4. Bake for 20 minutes until the braid is golden.
