Cream cheese and spinach rolls

1 pack of puff pastry dough
1 pack of cream cheese or ricotta
1/4 cup of grated hard cheese
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped spinach
Parsley for garnishing

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. Combine the cream cheese, hard cheese, and spinach in a small bowl.

3. Cut the dough into 8 triangles. Spread the filling over each piece of dough and roll them up, starting from the widest edge.

4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
