INGREDIENTS
1 pack of puff pastry dough
300g of ham
12 slices of hard cheese
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of sweet and sour sauce
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Roll the dough and cut it into 12 triangular pieces. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of dough.
3. Roll up each triangle.
4. Combine the butter, poppy seeds, mustard, sweet and sour sauce, and onion in a small bowl.
5. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place the rolls on it and pour on the sauce.
6. Bake for 25 minutes until the rolls turn brown.
