INGREDIENTS
1 pack of puff pastry dough
4 sausages
100g of hard cheese
1 egg yolk
Long wooden skewers for serving
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the dough into 8 equal triangles. Divide the sausages into halves, and put each half on a skewer. Cut the cheese into 8 equal slices.
3. Place half of a sausage and a cheese slice onto the widest edge of each triangle. Roll them up.
4. Place the hot dogs on a baking mold and grease them with the whipped egg yolk. Bake for 15 minutes
