Pastry cups with mashed potato and cheese


INGREDIENTS
1 pack of puff pastry dough
2 cups of mashed potato
1 1/2 cups of grated hard cheese
4 slices of bacon
3 tablespoons of chopped spring onion
1/4 cup of sour cream or natural yogurt

FOR THE SAUCE
1 tablespoon of sour cream or natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon of dried garlic
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
A dash of salt

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.

3. Combine the mashed potato, cheese, sliced bacon, sauce, and spring onion in a bowl.

4. Divide the dough into 8 square pieces.

5. Place each piece in a cake mold, and add 1 tablespoon of the filling.

6. Bake the cups for 15 to 17 minutes. You can also top them with spring onion and natural yogurt.
