Six refreshing coffee drinks for the first days of summer

There’s no coffee lover who can do without a cup of their favorite drink — even on the hottest summer days. But you don’t have to make your usual coffee; you can make a cold coffee drink instead! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a mixer or shaker because a common fork will perfectly accomplish this task. Professionals recommend to put at least one third of a cup of ice in your drink.

1. Classic Iced Frappe

INGREDIENTS
double espresso
1/3 cup of ice
100 ml (3.3 fl.oz.) of milk
sugar or chocolate syrup
chocolate sprinkles, coffee beans

PREPARATION
1. Crush the ice cubes using a blender, or you can wrap the ice in a towel and use a rolling pin to crush it.

2. Pour the crushed ice in a glass.

3. Take a separate bowl and use a shaker or a fork to mix the espresso with sugar, syrup and milk.

4. Pour the frappe in a glass with crushed ice.

5. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and coffee beans.

To make it happen, farmers grew the melons in glass boxes and the fruit then naturally assumed the same shape. Today the cuboid watermelons are.......................

Mixed Review: Crate & Barrel vs. Trader Joe's Cornbread

Mixed Review: Crate & Barrel vs. Trader Joe's Cornbread : " 'The Trader Joe's cornbread was some of the best cornbread I've tasted, from a mix or otherwise.' Ever wonder about a boxed mix you've seen in the store? Is it any good? Could it replace something you'd otherwise make from scratch? Welcome to Mixed Review , where the whole point is putting boxed mixes to the test! —The Mgmt. Two years ago, I did a roundup of standard supermarket cornbread mixes for this column and was generally unimpressed with all of them. They were gummy, thin, and cloyingly sweet.
