Cheese sticks


INGREDIENTS
230g of Mozzarella
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Seed oil for frying
Marinara sauce

PREPARATION
1. Cut the cheese into 8 strips.

2. Coat them in the flour, then shake off the extra flour.

3. Drop each piece in a bowl of whisked egg, and coat them in the breadcrumbs.

4. Heat up a frying pan or a pot, then add seed oil (it should cover the sticks completely).

5. Fry each side of the stick for about a minute until a golden crust appears.

6. Dry the sticks on paper towels. Serve with marinara sauce.
