INGREDIENTS
750ml of cream
8 egg yolks
200g of sugar
4 teaspoons of brown sugar
A dash of salt
PREPARATION
1. Combine the cream, some sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring the cream to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then bring it to a boil again.
2. Whisk together the yolks and sugar until they become a little bit fluffy. Add the mixture to the cream.
3. Preheat the oven to 160°Ð¡.
4. Fill ceramic molds with the batter, and put them in a deep baking tray. Pour in hot water to cover the bottom half of the molds. Bake the dessert for 30 minutes, and then let it cool at room temperature.
