INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of butter
Tortillas
1 cup of grated Cheddar
Salsa sauce
Sour cream
PREPARATION
1. Grab a skillet where you can place the tortilla. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the skillet.
2. Fry one side of the tortilla, and then take it off the stove.
3. Place the rest of the butter in the skillet, and fry the other tortilla.
4. Place the cheese on the tortilla and cover it with the other tortilla. Press it with your fingers to melt the cheese.
5. Cut the quesadilla into triangles.
6. Pour on the salsa and/or sour cream.
